Return & Exchange Policy

At Progomart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help! Please review our return and exchange policy below for more details.

Return Eligibility

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the items meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must have all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return or exchange (unless defective).

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at support@progomart.com to initiate your return or exchange.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the items securely in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order receipt or a note with your order number.
  3. Ship It Back: Ship the items to the address provided by our support team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method. If you paid via a gift card, the refund will be issued to the original card.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same steps as a return. If the item you want is in stock, we will send you the new item right away. If not, we’ll issue a refund, and you can place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will provide a pre-paid return label to send it back. Once we verify the issue, we’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

Important Notes

  • Returns and exchanges can only be processed for items purchased directly from Progomart’s website.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
